Adash A4900 VIBRIO Vibration Analyzer Kit

The Adash A4900 VIBRIO Vibration Analyzer is a light-weight and easy to use monitoring system that provides all foundational vibro-diagnostic measurements for bearing condition, machine fault detection, and lubrication monitoring. The three button menu interface permits easy transition between measurements and diagnostics. The user can create and edit trends, establish baselines and set alarms at certain thresholds. The inbuilt stroboscope allows for detection of shaft speed, doubling as a torch in low-light environments. The A4900 VIBRIO also features an infrared non-contact temperature sensor. Basic measurement views include FFT spectrum, frequency bands, time signal, and overall values (ISO, bearing, speed detection). Adash’s FASIT program also comes standard with each unit, pairing an expert-level fault detection system with easy-to-interpret views for bearing fault, misalignment, and unbalance. The A4900 VIBRIO ‘M’ configuration is equipped with 4MB of memory for storage of readings. A free version of Adash’s DDS diagnostics software can be used in conjunction with this option for route and off-route data collection and detailed trend analysis (see Documents Tab). The A4900 VIBRIO features an inbuilt, rechargeable lithium-ion battery with 16 hours of uninterrupted operation, maximizing on its portable design.
