The Georg Fischer Type 127 Ball Valve is a basic actuated valve that is adaptable to a variety of conditions and applications. The EA 11 actuator was designed specifically to complement the modularity and flexibility of the 546 series valve and provide a system approach to piping system design. The Georg Fischer EA15 Electric Actuator has the highest reliability and ease of use. The display features color LED feedback. This enables easy and fast detection of the operating status at a glance. The different colors show the respective position of the actuator. The integrated relays allow feedback from up to three different actuating positions. Digital 360° position detection is used to clearly identify the actuating position. Ex factory, the actuator is adjusted to 0° and 90°. Readjustment by the user is possible at any time on site via four buttons. The buttons are easy to operate without any additional tools. With its modular design, the Georg Fischer 546 series ball valve is ideal for virtually any application. The valve is available in PVC, CPVC. The different materials allow for a variety of chemical applications, and in many cases are an ideal fit for extreme temperatures.
