Meunier Technologies DICE Dosing All-In-One System

The Meunier Technologies DICE Dosing All-In-One System is part of a series of innovative chemical dosing products that integrate all the necessary components for a typical chemical dosing system into a single compact design. These patented systems are a new approach to chemical dosing applications, significantly reducing the footprint required while increasing reliability and ease of installation. The included DICE Dosing Module DM 1/2in features extensive integrated components including inlet/outlet ball valves, calibration column, drainage valve, auxiliary ports for pulsation dampeners/dilution water/secondary pumps, an adjustable back pressure valve, adjustable pressure relief valve, pressure gauge with isolator, and bleed valve. This module  is designed for suction lift installations and flooded suction configurations by connecting the pump’s discharge directly back to the chemical tank. Their compact, rigid design allows easy installation on new or existing systems using just 3 supporting bolts and 4 connections. A variety of construction materials are offered for high chemical resistance, such as Acrylic, PVC, PVDF, FKM/Viton, EPDM, PE and PFA(CVPC available upon request). Reduced connections, vibrations, and integrated hydrotesting allow the DICE Dosing Module to provide a reliable, low-maintenance solution with a much smaller footprint than traditional configurations. All of these components are consolidated into one machined block, greatly reducing potential leak points in comparison with conventional piped systems. A calibration column comes standard with the unit, to allow calibration at regular intervals and a visual confirmation of the chemical volume added to the process. Each system also includes a DICE Wall Mount Panel, with optional shelf and splash guard enclosure that can house up to two pumps for duplex configurations.
