Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies Ultrasound Condition Monitor and Leak Detection Kit

The Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies Ultrasound Condition Monitor and Leak Detection kit is an ultrasound receiver available in four kits for different applications. It converts ultrasonic (>20kHz) noise produced by by mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems down to an audible range. Changes in the amplitude and characteristics of ultrasound are comfortably detected in noisy plant environments. Leaks are easily pinpointed. Electrical issues are safely exposed. Equipment problems such as bearing monitoring are diagnosed even earlier than other technologies such as infrared inspection and oil analysis, enabling ultrasound to complement traditional vibration monitoring methods and enhance condition-based maintenance programs. A cloud-based application analyzes, trends, and reports the condition of critical production equipment.
